Summer is fast approaching and that means the LINC trail will be busier than ever with local schools dismissing at the end of May; and people eager to enjoy the sunshine and all that nature offers.
Summer is fast approaching and that means the LINC trail will be busier than ever with local schools dismissing at the end of May; and people eager to enjoy the sunshine and all that nature offers.
That means the LINC will be heavy with foot, bicycle and even self-propelled electric-bike and wheelchair traffic. While everyone is free to enjoy the LINC trail, we can’t help but remind all trail users to exercise awareness and safety, the month of May also happens to be National bicycle safety awareness month. We urge everyone who uses the LINC pathway system to follow the posted ‘rules of the trail’. This past month we held our 2025 READY…SET…LINC family fun event at the Newnan Centre. We would like to thank everyone that came out and enjoyed the festivities. This event wouldn’t have been possible without the help and support of all the local businesses, food vendors and generous volunteers.
