Hello LINC walkers, joggers, runners, bicyclists and the like. We hope your 2025 has been off to a running start. We have some great updates for you about this year’s upcoming Ready…Set…LINC event on May 9th at the Newnan Centre, plus some tips on how to stay healthy and more physically fit by utilizing the LINC pathway in your daily activities.
The weather is starting to warm up again and that only means one thing; Springtime is near! Time to dust off that good old pair of running shoes, air up those bicycle tires and fill up that water bottle. Staying active and in good heath is essential for everyone no matter how old or young you are. That’s just one of the many reasons the LINC exists here is Coweta County.
It’s also a great place to connect with others, whether that’s to conduct business, re-connect with friends, or for when you just need a bit of respite away from it all. The LINC trail is a safe and great way to travel around the City of Newnan all while staying healthy even if you’re just casually strolling along admiring the many works of art along the trail.
This year’s Ready…Set…LINC community event, filled with fun activities, great food, music and more is shaping up to be our biggest one yet. We have even more vendors confirmed for our community block party.
